Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge – This 14,000 acre National Wildlife Refuge is just south of Minneapolis. It was established in 1976 to provide habitat for a large number of migratory waterfowl, fish, and other wildlife species threatened be commercial and industrial development in Bloomington MN Homes.
